How are the Leicester transport links?
Leicester has the transport links to match its great location. The city’s main train station on London Road is a busy hub, while the city’s served by a large number of bus routes. The M1 motorway runs close to town, while East Midlands Airport is under 20 miles from the city centre. This is less than half an hour’s journey in the car, while there are also direct trains. Rail services to London, meanwhile, take around an hour and a half.
