Communities for you and nature

We care about the environment and creating beautiful landscapes in which to live and we’ve made real progress;

  • We* created over 372 hectares^ of green space in 2023, that's the equivalent of 532 football pitches.
  • We’ve installed over 6,500 hedgehog highways, so they can pass freely between gardens.
  • We have created nearly 5,500 homes for swifts across our developments, using innovative swift bricks.

Providing a home for wildlife

We’re dedicated to creating developments that are great places for both homeowners and wildlife to live in. That’s why we work together with the RSPB, Britain’s largest nature conservation charity, to plan open spaces and show home gardens in many of our new communities that will encourage nature to thrive and help improve the biodiversity of our outdoor spaces.
